Account & Data Deletion
Users of the KlearPay mobile application can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email from your registered mobile number or email ID to: support@klearpay.in
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request – KlearPe"
- Include your registered mobile number in the email body.
Once we receive and verify your request, we will proceed with the deletion of your account and eligible data.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- User profile information
- Mobile number linked to the account
- App usage data and preferences
- Loan analysis and repayment insights
Data Retention
Certain financial or transactional records may be retained for up to 180 days where required by law or regulatory compliance.
Retained data is securely stored and not used for any other purpose. Once verified, the account and eligible data will be permanently deleted.
