2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you use KlearPe, you may provide us with:

• Name and mobile number
• Email address (optional)
• Loan-related information: EMI amount, interest rate, remaining tenure, lender name (if provided)

Important: We do not collect PAN, Aadhaar, or bank login credentials. We never ask for or store your bank usernames, passwords, or PINs.

2.2 Information Collected via Account Aggregator (AA)

If you choose to use Account Aggregator features:

• Account Aggregator is RBI-regulated infrastructure
• Data is accessed only with your explicit consent
• We receive bank account metadata and transaction data (debits only, if applicable)
• No bank credentials are shared with KlearPe

Key points: We do not store bank usernames, passwords, or PINs. Consent can be revoked anytime through the AA app. You remain in full control of your data access.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect certain information for app stability, security, and analytics:

• Device information (model, OS version)
• App usage logs and analytics
• IP address
• Crash logs and error reports
• Cookies (for website functionality)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Calculate loan repayment projections and show interest/time savings
• Manage virtual pot calculations for micro-payments
• Trigger notifications and reminders about repayments
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• Improve product performance and user experience

What we do NOT do: We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising profiling. We do not share your information with lenders for marketing purposes.

4. Payments & Financial Data Handling

Important security information:

• KlearPe does not store card details
• KlearPe does not store UPI credentials
• Payments are handled by regulated payment gateways
• KlearPe does not hold or custody funds
• All repayments flow directly from you to your lender

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We may share your information only in these circumstances:

• Account Aggregator ecosystem: As part of RBI-regulated AA infrastructure (with your consent)
• Payment gateway: For executing repayments to your lender
• SMS/WhatsApp providers: For sending notifications and reminders
• Legal requirements: When required by law or regulatory authorities

We do NOT share with: Third-party advertisers, data brokers, or any entity for selling personal data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time. Once you revoke Account Aggregator consent, data flow stops immediately. We periodically purge backups to ensure deleted data is removed.

7. User Rights & Control

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correct: Update or correct inaccurate information
• Delete: Request deletion of your account and data
• Revoke AA consent: Withdraw Account Aggregator access anytime
• Opt out: Disable notifications and marketing communications

KlearPe is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.
